This 30/30 Mobility Program provides 30 minutes of Mobility work per day, for 30 days. Mobility work is divided into three sections – Dynamic Warm Up, Range of Motion (ROM) Accessories, and Static Stretches.
While this program will help improve your overall mobility and flexibility, there will be an extra emphasis on your Hip and Shoulder joints (ball and socket). Due to design of the ball and socket joint (combined with people doing a lot of sitting), most people tend to get overly tight in these areas.
