You'll receive 10 weeks of programing:

  • Each week consists of 5 workouts and stretching routines
    • 3 Days of Cardio with post Run Stretches
    • 2 Days of Strength & Mobility (2 Sets - even/odd week) with post Strength Stretches
    • 2 Sets of Core workouts (even/odd week) to be done twice per week.


*During the first couple weeks your main focus should be building confidence and a routine, not distance.
