– As the title states, this program is going to focus on aspects that I personally consider to be foundational to fitness: performing compound movements, being strong and stable, not being afraid to get uncomfortable while staying within your limits and taking care of the body through proper warm up, pre-habilitation (pre-hab), and stretching.


– The idea behind this program was to create a total body lift that doesn’t break each day down into a particular muscle group or groupings (i.e. every Monday = Legs), but rather have every day be total body while stressing various muscle groups. This allows us to focus on compound movements that we can group together, allowing us to build strength and muscle, while also keeping our heart rate higher, leading to more results.
