– Program Length = 12 Weeks. Two series that are 5 weeks long, followed by a deload week.
– The emphasis behind this program is to increase your overall stamina and force you to improve upon your (potential and probable) weaknesses.
– As the title states, this program is going to be a “Grind.” This might not be your favorite program of all time, but it’s probably the one you NEED most. We’re going to focus on a lot of people’s weaknesses and fill in those gaps – Volume Squats and Gymnastics, long Olympic WODs, standalone Cardio WODs, and more.
– Develop Speed & Power in Olympic movements through direct speed drills and Barbell Complexes.
– Strength: Deadlift & Thrusters.
