Following the same style and pattern, but with an added metabolic conditioning section to finish each workout. It's the ideal program for those who get easily bored doing the same exercises repeatedly.


I provide you with variations for each movement so that you can easily switch up your routine, making it feel more fresh and fun while still working similar muscle groups and keep you working towards your goals!


Example: instead of saying doing 4 set of Barbell Squats. The program states "Quads" then provides a list of exercises you can choose from, allowing you to switch it up every time.
